Where to find us at the airport – KLIA

At KLIA International Arrival, our VIP Service Counter is located within the Baggage Reclaim Hall between carousels E and F. Our paging screen is positioned just before the counter, on each side of the exit lane after the Immigrations. Look out for our VIP Service Representative or porter near the paging screen.

Where to find us at the airport – KLIA2 (low-cost carrier terminal)

At KLIA2 International Arrival, we have a paging booth located immediately on the left side after the Immigrations and duty-free outlet. Look out for our VIP Service Representative or porter at this paging booth.

If you miss the booth, please proceed directly to our VIP Service Counter which is located towards the end of the Baggage Reclaim Hall (before the Customs).

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We are currently migrating to our new app and website to enhance your online experience with us. You may experience system downtime on 31 March 2021 between 6pm to 12am.

As we prepare for the upcoming change, we would like to inform all existing users to uninstall the old app and download the new KLIA Ekspres app when it is released on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
