Ticket Usage
To use it, please scan the QR Barcode Ticket at the barrier gate.

Ticket Validity
Ticket validity is stated on your ticket. No refund or exchange will be given for unused trips; no revalidation for expired tickets.

Train Service
Ticket is valid for travel on the train service stated on your ticket. X

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We are currently migrating to our new app and website to enhance your online experience with us. You may experience system downtime on 31 March 2021 between 6pm to 12am.

As we prepare for the upcoming change, we would like to inform all existing users to uninstall the old app and download the new KLIA Ekspres app when it is released on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
